🎉 Mobilisation Monday 🎉
Following successful BSR Gateway Two submissions, mobilisation is progressing at two higher-risk buildings in Leicester: Colton Square and Zenith Building.
At Colton Square, our works comprise the removal and replacement of combustible EWI with a non-combustible alternative, alongside the installation of cavity fire barriers at compartment walls and floors and around openings.
At Zenith Building, our scope includes replacement of the existing aluminium curtain walling, and removal and replacement of the existing EWI and rainscreen cladding.
Both schemes required BSR Gateway One and Gateway Two submissions. Under Gateway One, we successfully obtained full Planning Permission from Leicester City Council. For Gateway Two, one of our Pre-Construction Project Managers worked with our Senior Design Coordinator to manage the submission process and collate the required information and documentation.
