Earlier this year, Lawtech completed cladding remediation works at Centenary Quay in Southampton.
Across fourteen occupied residential blocks within this mixed-use development, our team delivered the safe replacement of the external wall systems, including new non-combustible cladding and EWI solutions, and the replacement of combustible timber balcony decking, alongside associated fire safety works.
A huge thank you to everyone involved for keeping safety, quality and resident experience at the heart of the programme. Strong resident liaison was central to delivery, with our site team ensured proactive communications throughout.
