Lawtech Group’s specialist facades division delivers a range of cladding works in-house utilising Lawtech’s Design & Quality Department.
Our extensive experience extends across a range of systems such as rainscreen, terracotta, fibre cement and external wall insulation, with structural or concrete repairs as necessary. It is Lawtech’s policy to not install any cladding panels or insulation that does not comply to A2-s1, d0 on any building of any height. Only panels that achieve A2-s1, d0 or A1 will be installed.
External Wall Insulation
Lawtech is one of the leading installers of specialist facades in the UK. Our team includes some of the most knowledgeable and experienced experts in the field. We work with most leading manufacturers in the UK and are actively involved with trade associations and other stakeholders, providing advice on current regulations and best practice.
Insulated render systems are beneficial to ensuring an energy efficient building and can be applied to the majority of substrates. EWI comprises a series of layered components. It is crucial that designs comply with building regulations and that installation is carried out correctly to prevent unintended consequences such as poor ventilation. Manufacturers consult with Lawtech during product development to ensure that long term issues are designed out of their systems.
Rainscreen Cladding
