The Roundway, Haringey

The Roundway is a multi-storey block standing at 7 storeys at its highest. There are commercial units on the ground floor, providing limited access to the front elevation.

The works involved the replacement of combustible cladding systems with non-combustible alternatives, as well as decorations to external areas. This included the replacement of the existing timber cladding with Cedral Click (Marley) and replacement of terracotta tiles with an Argeton USA system. Additional works also included the renewal and replacement of balconies with AliDeck.

We liaised with the residents and the commercial units (especially the betting shop to the ground floor) throughout the works to keep disruption and inconvenience to a minimum, particularly during the height of the pandemic. Our Resident Liaison Officer was congratulated by numerous residents upon her wonderful service to residents during the work.
