Key Facts

Lawtech was commissioned to undertake remedial works to the Outlook Building in Portsmouth which was originally constructed in 2010 and suffered from significant water ingress. This consisted of the removal and replacement of 1,300m2 of rainscreen cladding, 400m2 of soffit panels, and various fire stopping installations. A2-rated Rockpanel FS-Xtra 9mm panels were installed.

The building remained occupied throughout and required the safety of residents to be very carefully considered. A void flat within the block was provided to Lawtech to be used as a site office. This was advantageous in a number ways, including reducing the area required for a site compound, and allowing an easier point of contact for the residents.
