Lawtech have recently successfully completed the cladding remediation works at 19 Dean Road for Richmond Housing Partnership.
Lawtech have recently successfully completed the cladding remediation works at 19 Dean Road in Hampton, London. This development provides 41 properties for the elderly, designed as an extra-care facility i.e., assisted living, with a B&M news store on the ground floor.
Works included the removal and replacement of existing combustible ACM cladding panels, with non-combustible Rockpanel FS-Xtra panels, incorporating localised elements of fire stopping, fire breaks and cavity barriers. After the works, we also reinstated the courtyard with new slabs and flower beds.
Lawtech worked closely with Richmond Housing Partnership and Michael Dyson Associates throughout to ensure the successful completion of this project.
