Cladding remediation works successfully completed at Frensham Court in Mitcham, London.
We recently successfully completed the cladding remediation works at Frensham Court in Mitcham, Surrey for Clarion Housing Group. The building is 11 storeys in height, comprising 73 flats. The block is located in a busy residential area and there is a large park with a children’s playground to the rear.
The works included the removal and replacement of the EPS facade system and ancillary items with a Wetherby EWI render system including Rockwool insulation, incorporating localised elements of fire-stopping, fire breaks, and cavity barriers.
Lawtech always look to provide social and added value on all contracts. Like we do for all our projects during the Christmas season, in 2021 we distributed Lawtech advent calendars to all residents. We also held a card design competition with the winner receiving a £15 Argos voucher and 10 copies of the card to distribute to friends/families. A raffle was conducted for a hamper which included a range of festive food and drink items. The whole team built a strong rapport with the residents during the course of the project.
We liaised with Martin Arnold Ltd throughout the project, ensuring thorough communication and that all aspects of the contract were successfully completed.
