Lawtech have recently been awarded the cladding remediation works at Galleria Court in Southwark.
Lawtech have recently been awarded the cladding remediation works at Galleria Court in Southwark. The property consists of basement, ground and eight upper floors, comprising 86 residential apartments. The works will include the removal and disposal of the existing timber cladding, render, zinc cladding and timber balcony decking, installing compliant replacement systems for each, as well as fire barriers and fire-stopping where missing to brickwork elevations.
We will work closely with the client, Harris Associates UK and Patrick Ryan Associates throughout all stages to ensure satisfaction across all aspects of the project.
