Lawtech have been awarded the contract to undertake cladding remediation works at Exeter House in Dagenham, Essex for L&Q.
Following the successful completion of an initial Pre-Construction Services Agreement, Lawtech have been awarded the contract to undertake cladding remediation works at Exeter House in Dagenham, Essex for L&Q.
The works include the removal of EWI with combustible EPS insulation, as well as combustible HPL rainscreen cladding with a phenolic core. Existing polythene combustible core spandrel panels and balcony timber decking will also require replacement. EWI will be replaced with SPSenvirowall Ltd EWI with A1 Rockwool Group mineral wool insulation, A2-s1, d0 Rockpanel FS-Xtra rainscreen cladding, once more with A1 mineral wool insulation, spandrel panels with a mineral wool core, and AliDeck decking.
We will collaborate with Capital Property & Construction Consultants throughout to ensure the successful completion of all aspects of this project.
